Lodge and Farm Update
With the Bow Hunting now well on it's way, activity at the Lodge is in full swing! The first hide is now completed and in use, with the second hide in progress. Both hides are situated at common water holes with great game opportunities and spectacular views! A very special "Thank You" to Phyllis Speer from Arkansas, USA for officially naming the one hide "The Hilton of Bow Hunting". We are pleased to announce that our hand-raised buffalo (Kade) has been introduced to others of her kind and is currently sharing the boma with her mom, who is expecting another calf. Updates on their progress to follow soon! Baby giraffe number 2 has proudly been born on Bubesi Game Lodge and growing stronger by the day. Keep in touch for more updates to follow soon!

It always brings us Joy to Welcome new Family Members....
We are incredibly excited to welcome our new baby Giraffe to the Bubesi Family. Having survived the first 3 weeks of his life, as well as the inexperience of his young first time mother, we have great hopes for this infant. The bush is tough place to be born. You are immediately forced to prove your social skills with the group, a rejection from one of the groups elite could very well lead to a rejection from your mother, leaving you on your own to face certain death. Here he is pictured on the right in all his glory.
